RTA cabinets will come with printed instructions.
Do you partner with or can you suggest any installers?
Because we ship all over the country, we do not have installers that we work with. We recommend you search for an experienced kitchen installer with great reviews or referrals.
Can you purchase over the phone?
At this time we only take orders online.
What is your price-match policy?
The item must be of equivalent quality to qualify. You may send the link of the competitor’s site to Customer Service for price match approval.
Do you offer special pricing for builders/contractors?
No. Instead, we offer the lowest price to all of our customers and frequently run sales. Please sign up on the homepage to be notified via email of our sales as they happen!

Should I feel comfortable ordering kitchen cabinets over the internet?
Many people are concerned about ordering products online. We strive to make sure that we make that process as easy as possible for all our customers. We only carry the highest quality products and stand behind all our items. Our cabinets are KCMA certified and our company is BBB accredited.
Do we have a showroom?
No, this is how we are able to keep our prices low for you! But we do offer a Free Sample Door program. Just pay a deposit for each door, we will ship it with no charge to you and you may ship it back to us for free, and get a full refund!
Can I use the cabinets outdoors?
We do not sell outdoor cabinets. Using our cabinets outdoors will void the warranty.
Do any of the cabinets come in other colors or finishes besides those listed on the site?
No, but we love hearing your suggestions!
Do the doors and drawers come with soft close?
All cabinet lines come standard with soft close drawers. The Santa Monica RTA, and La Jolla RTA cabinets both come standard with soft close doors.
Do we sell just doors or drawer fronts or just cabinet boxes without doors or drawers?
We only sell complete cabinets.
Do the cabinets come in any other types of wood?
No, only the wood listed on the website: Maple, Cherry, or Birch.
Can I pay extra to have glass included with my order?
No do not ship glass.
Where should I go to buy glass inserts?
We recommend finding a local glass shop.
Are your cabinets covered by a warranty?

Do you offer unfinished cabinets?
All cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and face frames come finished. The Santa Monica and La Yolla cabinet boxes come finished with the exception of the cabinet sides. For these two cabinet lines, exposed cabinet sides will require the purchase of a finished end panel (skin).
Are the kitchen cabinets all wood or particleboard?
All our cabinets are made from maple, cherry, or birch wood and high-grade plywood. Each cabinet style we offer has a complete specifications guide that will explain the construction of the cabinet.
What are the differences in construction/features between the cabinet lines?

What is the difference in delivery timeframes between the RTA cabinet lines?
The Titusville cabinets deliver 2-4 weeks from when the order is placed. The Crestview and Palmdale cabinets deliver 2-3 weeks from when the order is placed.
What is the difference in packaging with the RTA cabinet lines?
In the Titusville line, each cabinet carcass is in one box and the corresponding cabinet doors/drawers/face frame are in another box. Soft close drawer glides will also come in a separate box. Similar to the Titusville line, Palmdale cabinets are packaged in two boxes. However, the doors/face frame/drawer headers only are packaged in one box, while the other box holds the cabinet carcass, shelves, drawer box, drawer glides, and hardware. Crestview cabinets come with each cabinet in one complete package.
Do you offer kitchen islands?
Our designers use base cabinets to construct kitchen islands.
How long does it take to get a design once I submit my design request?
Generally, 3-4 business days. Extended lead times do occur depending on the current workload.
Can someone from Cabinetondemand.com come to my home to take measurements?
Unfortunately, no. However, we have a helpful measurement guide and a video demonstrating how to measure.
How much does the design service cost, and are there any fees attached with the design or any commitments that I have to make?
The design service is 100% FREE. There are no hidden fees or binding obligations. You do not need to fill out any credit card information. The only requirement is your name, email address, and phone number so that we can contact you regarding your design request and measurements.
What kitchen design software does Cabinetondemand.com use?
We use 2020 Design Technologies software. This is the industry leading kitchen design software.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on hardware, Rev-A-Shelf accessories, and sinks only. Customer is responsible to pay return shipping, and will incur a 20% restocking fee. We do NOT accept returns on cabinets or cabinet parts. Submit a Return Request
What if I dislike the finished product?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on individual cabinets, cabinet parts, or entire cabinet orders. Please see our refund policy above for hardware, Rev-A-Shelf accessories, and sinks.
